Ordering & Delivery Information:

Our current turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from the date you place your order. This may vary depending on the size of the order, response time for proofs, and design revisions. Once you approve the final design proofs, your order will be delivered within 14 working days.
If you need your invitations sooner, please contact us before placing your order to check availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders where possible.

How Our Proofing Process Works:
To ensure your design is error-free, we follow a simple approval process:
The Draft: After you order, our designers will create a digital proof and email it to you within 2-3 working days.
Your Feedback: Check the proof carefully. If you need changes, email us a list of bullet points. We will make three round revision until you are satisfied!
Final Approval: When you are ready, email us your “Approval to Print.” Please note that once approved, no further changes can be made.
Production: Your order will be printed and delivered approximately 14 working days after your final approval.
Shipping & Delivery
We’ll send your order to the address you enter when placing your order. If it is easier for you to receive the package at work or a different location. Please ensure you use this address during checkout.
How Many Invitations Should I Order?
We highly recommend ordering 5-10% more than your guest list requires. It’s always better to have a few spares for last-minute “must-invites,” keepsakes, or those that might get lost in the mail.
A Note on Reprints: While we can print extra copies later, we have a minimum reprint order of 20 invitations plus a £20 setup fee. Small print runs are significantly more expensive, so we strongly suggest finalizing your guest list and adding your spares before placing your main order to avoid unnecessary costs.
On the Day’ Stationery & Banners:
To ensure everything is perfect for your celebration, we recommend getting in touch at least 12 weeks before the big day. By this stage, you’ll likely have your final guest numbers confirmed, allowing us to create accurate proofs for your seating plans, place cards, and welcome banners.
Around the 11-week mark, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to go over all the finer details of your order.
